Requirement:

Handling of all incoming Calls to the company
Follow-up of prospects and customers for close of sales and after sales customer relationships.
Prompt issuance of invoices to service-based customers, and liaising with the customer to ensure such invoices are settled in good time.
Preparation of proposals and other business correspondences, both for business solicitation and products sale
Partake in the marketing activities for the company’s core products and services
Take responsibility for orderliness and conducive ambience within the office
