- Supervise and drive the sales team (DSR,BSR,OMR,MT etc) for target achievement.
- Develop sales promotion initiatives for the Key distributor
- Ensure the availability of products to the sales team.
- Tracking and monitoring competitorsТ products and activity
- Maintaining good relations with customers.
- Work with Key Distributor Manager to ensure sales target is met.
- Making weekly sales and activity report to the Key Distributor Manager.
- Minimum Qualification: BSC/HND
- Experience: 5-10years
- Age : Not more than 45years
- Must be able to use hand-held sales device
