I’m 3 years experienced in working cooking and dishwasher positions working high volume kitchens with indepth knowledge of food safety. I have used various kitchen equipment like ovens, deep fryers, dishwashing machines and grills. I also have experience with prep equipment to portion out the proper amount needed for the line cooks. I work in a safe manner implementing proper hygiene techniques, sanitizing my station and equipment, great understanding of when to do flips and utilizing the FIFO method.
